My participation in the AZLEND training program is a unique opportunity to develop and cultivate my leadership skills and collaborate with other trainees and healthcare professionals whose common interest is the health and well-being of children and their families. I will benefit from the value of an interdisciplinary approach to healthcare and services for children with disabilities and in underserved communities, while also cultivating my skills as a future leader in my professional field.
