• Identify the changing multiple disciplinary teams that young people with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their parents may experience during the developmental period (birth – 22).
• Compare and contrast inter-professional, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisciplinary team models and best practices.
• Practice skills and strategies to enhance your effectiveness as a team member and /or facilitator of such teams.
• Gain awareness of procedural requirements and best practices of interagency coordination and collaboration in serving children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
