Jessie Penkoff is a third year graduate student in audiology at the University of Arizona. She graduated with a B.S. in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and a minor in Special Education and Rehabilitation from the University of Arizona in 2015. During the course of her graduate education, she has developed a passion for community outreach and services awareness within the realm of hearing intervention. As an ArizonaLEND fellow, she hopes to improve her leadership skills and build a strong foundation for future inter-disciplinary care. She is also looking forward to working with the diverse fellows and faculty within the program as they all have many enlightening experiences and perspectives to share.
